My name is Mike Nelson and I am a certified Fascial Stretch Therapy Specialist and owner and founder of Instant Stretch. I studied Biokinetics and exercise science at Bethel University in Roseville. I was a personal Trainer for 3+ years before getting two certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy.

I've been married to my incredible wife Olivia for over 4 years now. We live in New Hope and we have a very sweet 3 year old golden retriever named Nala. As you can se in the picture, Nala loves showing her front teeth.

I've always had a passion for the health and fitness world. I love being able to help people through their health and fitness journey through stretching. There is a massive need in the world today for fascial stretching, and stretching in general. Most people don't know the benefits of stretching and I hope to educate as many people as possible.
